The operating system for owner-led companies

Built from one conversation with you. Owned by you.

Founderwright connects every system your company runs on into one AI brain: operations, sales, finance and people. Your people focus on value. The busywork is already done.

Illustrative data. Every build is designed around your company’s own systems and numbers.

One brain

AI only works when it knows the whole business.

Most AI tools see one system at a time. Founderwright connects everything your company runs on, so every answer and every recommendation comes from the whole picture: the job, the customer, the invoice, the hours and the cash.

Every system you run
  • Scheduling & dispatch
  • Field, fleet & equipment
  • Point of sale & payments
  • CRM & quotes
  • Customer service
  • Accounting & books
  • Bank & card spend
  • Bills & payables
  • Payroll & time
  • Email & documents

One brain

Every job, customer, hour and dollar in one place, with the history of how it changed.

  • Your strategy and targets
  • Your definitions and rules
  • Refreshed all day, every day

How fast it comes together

Day 1

The core system your company runs on (dispatch, scheduling or point of sale) is connected, and the first command center is live on real data.

Week 1

Operations boards, receivables and team performance, drilled down to every job and every customer.

Week 2

Sales pipeline, fleet and equipment, card spend and service shops join the same brain.

Week 3

Payroll and accounting connected. The close, cash and forecast run on the same numbers as operations.

The timeline of our first build, at a multi-state, multi-location operating company.

Agents & tasks

It doesn’t just report. It gets the work done.

Dashboards tell you what happened. Founderwright’s agents watch the whole business, turn every issue into a task with an owner and check their own work, so nothing falls through the cracks and nobody has to go looking.

Surface

Agents watch every connected system around the clock and flag what changed the moment the numbers move: a late job, a slipping margin, an unpaid invoice.

Assign

Every issue becomes a task with an owner, a due date and the context attached. Managers see what’s open, what’s late and what got done.

Audit

Every dashboard is tied back to the source systems and checked. Anything that doesn’t reconcile is flagged before anyone makes a decision on it.

Tune

Agents monitor the tool itself: speed, errors and how people actually use it, so friction gets fixed before anyone has to complain about it.

  1. Issue surfaced
  2. Task assigned
  3. Person acts
  4. Written back
  5. Verified

Written straight into your books of record.

Where a system of record offers a write API, approved work goes straight back into it: jobs created in your dispatch or scheduling system, entries and invoices posted to your accounting. Nothing is typed twice, and the books stay current every day, not just at month-end.

Every write is approved by a person and logged.

What changes

Every employee focused on customer service and revenue growth.

Value for customers is built by people. Every hour your team spends in front of a screen hunting for answers is an hour taken from quality, service and the strategy you’ve set. Founderwright gives that time back.

Your strategy. On every screen.

The owner sets what matters and how it’s measured. Everyone sees the same numbers and the same priorities, ranked.

Less time searching. More time on quality and value.

Answers come to your people with the context attached. AI prepares the drafts, reconciliations, reports and follow-ups; a person approves them.

No pointless reports. No managers managing managers.

One command center replaces the weekly deck. The system flags what needs a decision; people make it.

Built to cost less every year. Not more.

Each subscription we replace comes off your bill. What you own doesn’t charge you rent.

How it works

One conversation. Then we build.

Every build starts with the owner and ends with a system the company owns outright.

01

One conversation

We sit down with the owner and map how the company actually runs: the numbers you watch, the decisions you make and where the work gets stuck.

02

Connect everything

Operations, sales, finance and people all feed one brain. The first command center is live in days; then we go deeper where the money is.

03

Replace what you don’t need

Tools above your compliance line get replaced, one at a time, by software built for your business.

04

Own it

The system is yours. We keep improving it with you, or you run it on your own. No lock-in.

Above the line

Connected on day one, then replaced with software you own.

The compliance line

Below the line

The regulated systems you’re required to keep. We don’t replace them. We read from them, and where they offer a write API, approved work is written straight back in.

The platform

Every function. One brain.

Operations, sales, finance and people run on the same data, so every screen shows the same truth and every recommendation knows the whole business.

Executive command center

The owner’s view of the whole company: what changed, why, and what to do about it, ranked. Every number drills down to the transaction.

Operations

Today’s jobs, schedules, teams and equipment on one live board. Delays, idle time and missed handoffs surface before the customer notices.

Sales

Pipeline, quotes and close rates by rep and location, with the follow-ups already queued.

Customer service

Every call, ticket and follow-up tied to the customer’s full history, so anyone can answer in seconds.

Marketing

Spend tied to revenue, not clicks. See what’s bringing in work and cut what isn’t.

People & payroll

Hours, labor cost and productivity by team, tied to the work that was actually done.

Purchasing & spend

Card spend, bills and approvals coded and matched automatically. Spending off plan gets flagged, not discovered.

Accounting

Close faster. Transactions matched and coded automatically; your team reviews the exceptions.

Cash flow

Weeks of runway, payroll coverage and collections risk, updated every hour.

Forecast

A rolling forecast built from live activity, not last year’s spreadsheet.

Market intelligence

Your prices, share and service levels against the market you actually compete in.

M&A

Compare a target against your own numbers, build the improvement plan and price the deal on today’s market.

Tasks

Every issue becomes a task with an owner, a due date and the context attached. Nothing lives in someone’s inbox or memory, and every manager sees what’s open, late and done.

Agents

Always-on agents surface issues, create tasks, audit every dashboard against the source systems and monitor the tool’s own speed and usability.

Who it’s for

Any small or mid-sized company that has outgrown its software.

If your team spends too much of the day in front of a computer figuring out what’s going on, the problem isn’t your people. It’s that your systems don’t talk to each other.

A dozen tools, no single answer

Operations, sales and accounting each live in their own system, and nobody trusts the same number.

Only the owner sees the whole picture

Everything important routes through one person’s inbox, memory and late nights.

Reports take days, not seconds

The weekly meeting, month-end and every lender request start with someone rebuilding a spreadsheet.

Growth is outrunning the back office

More customers, locations and people, with the same manual work behind them.

Built for companies across industries, including:

Field service & tradesConstructionDealershipsDistribution & wholesaleManufacturingLogistics & transportationProfessional servicesMulti-location retailHospitalityRental & equipment

Owners

Run the company from one screen. Your priorities reach every desk without another layer of management.

Managers

Know what needs attention before it becomes a problem, and what to do about it, in order.

Every employee

Answers in seconds instead of a hunt through five systems. More of the day spent on the customer.

The Wright Flyer

Why a wright

A wright builds what the job needs.

A shipwright builds ships. A wheelwright builds wheels. Two bicycle-shop owners from Dayton found the published data on flight was wrong, so they built their own wind tunnel. No one could sell them an engine light enough, so their shop mechanic built one in six weeks.

On December 17, 1903, they flew. Founderwright builds the same way: in your shop, to your spec, from your own numbers. Then we hand you the keys.
